Nex Pest Control built its Dakota County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Dakota County, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
We keep our Dakota County crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Dakota County repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
We also track what's happening across Dakota County season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Dakota County service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Dakota County homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Dakota County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Dakota County emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Dakota County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Wasp Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Dakota County termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Dakota County's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Dakota County calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Dakota County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Dakota County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Dakota County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Dakota County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Dakota County customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Dakota County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Dakota County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Dakota County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Dakota County crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
